From Malaga Airport, car changed in Calahonda Office Saturday, June 23, 2007 11:15 AM - United Kingdom Attention Mr Diego Sanchez Sanchez. On the 23rd June we took delivery of a 7 seater car (under booking reference R-12967), but unfortunately it was not suitable as the back seats were for children and not adults. When I came into your Calahonda Office and explained the situation your staff changed it for a Mitsubishi Grandis, which was ready for collection within an hour. Dear Sirs, I have recently returned from a holiday in Malaga, Spain where I rented a Nissan Serena from your Malaga Airport garage, having previously made the arrangements through your office. The reason for this letter is to compliment your staff, both in the UK and especially in Spain, for their efficient and courteous service at both ends of the holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and with a party consisting of three adults, two toddlers and a baby there was plenty of luggage, pushchairs and child seat to contend with. In these days of indifferent customer service and `couldn't care less attitude, it was refreshing to be looked after so well. I'm buying a property near Marbella and will therefore be visiting Spain much more frequently, and I will have no hesitation in using your Company again, for short and long term car hire in Malaga and also golf booking. Our flight did not arrive at time at Malaga Airport United Kingdom Dear Sirs, I am writing to express my thanks for the excellent service provided by Holiday Car Hire on our 3 visits to Malaga, Spain. We returned from Malaga on Thursday last December but the excellence of service was illustrated on our arrival in Malaga on 16 th November, our flight did not get there until just before midnight, but we were met by a very courteous young man who happily took our luggage to the minibus near by and with in few minutes we were in the Car Hire office. It is reassuming that the start and finish of any visit to Costa del Sol, Malaga, Spain can be so efficiently deal with no hassle whatsoever.
